The packaging process is as follows:

Step 1: This production line is formed by the convergence of two branch lines, starting from the fully automatic unpacking machine - automatic unpacking, sealing the bottom of the cardboard box; At the same time, the heat shrink assembly line completes the process of automatic film sealing and heat shrink packaging of individual products.

Step 2: Enter the automatic packing machine and automatically pack individual products into boxes that come from the unboxing machine one by one. Then the one line folding and sealing machine - automatically performs one line sealing; Simultaneously complete the automatic coding process of the product.

Step 3: After completing the linear sealing, transfer to the corner sealing machine and perform four corner sealing;

Step 4: After sealing the box, automatic stacking is carried out. The product stacking process is completed by a cantilever palletizing machine or a palletizing robotic arm. Then, the products are packaged by a fully automatic packaging machine, and finally wrapped by an automatic winding machine. This completes the packaging operation of this assembly line.
